Privatisierung

Mit der deutschen Wiedervereinigung veränderten sich die Besitzverhältnisse der Betonwerke in der heutigen Gemeinde Rüdersdorf. Der VEB ›Rüdersdorfer Kalk-, Zement- und Betonwerke‹ wurde zunächst in die ›Rüdersdorfer Zementwerk GmbH‹ umgewandelt und 1990 von der ›Readymix AG‹ gekauft. Da Readymix bereits Betonwerke besaß, sprachen sich Vertreter*innen des Rüdersdorfer Werks für diese Übernahme aus. Aufgrund der veralteten Anlagen in Rüdersdorf bekam der Betrieb ein neues Profil. Neben der Herstellung etablierter Produkte wurden daraufhin Filigran-Deckenplatten sowie Gartensteine hergestellt. Readymix investierte in die Erneuerung von Anlagen und baute unter anderem einen Mischturm für Transportbeton auf. Mitte der 1990er Jahre wurde die Produktion wiederum auf Treppen, Balkone und Podeste sowie andere Fertigteile ausgeweitert. Im Jahr 2003 schloss der Bereich Hochbau in Rüdersdorf. 2005 übernahm die Firma ›Berding Beton GmbH‹ das Betonwerk in Rüdersdorf. Es werden hier derzeit überwiegend Betongartensteine hergestellt.

In Hennickendorf wurde das Betonwerk nach der deutschen Wiedervereinigung privatisiert.

Es hatte unterschiedliche Besitzer. Teile der Rüdersdorfer Produktion wurden nach 2003 nach Hennickendorf verlegt. Das heutige Unternehmen ›thomas betonteile‹ fertig unter anderem Filigrandecken, aber auch Treppen, Balkonteile und Betonwände für den seriellen Bau.

Privatization

With German reunification, the ownership structure of the concrete plants in present-day Rüdersdorf changed. The concrete plant, as part of VEB ›Rüdersdorfer Kalk-, Zement- und Betonwerke‹, was initially transformed into ›Rüdersdorfer Zementwerk GmbH‹ and was acquired by ›Readymix AG‹ in 1990. Since Readymix already owned concrete plants, representatives of the Rüdersdorf concrete plant supported this acquisition. Due to the outdated facilities at the Rüdersdorf plant, a reprofiling of the concrete plant was carried out. In addition to producing ›known‹ products, filigree ceiling panels and garden stones were now manufactured. Readymix invested in the renewal of facilities, including the construction of a mixing tower for ready-mix concrete. In the mid-1990s, production was expanded to include stairs, balconies, platforms, and other prefabricated components. In 2003, the high-rise construction department in Rüdersdorf closed. Since 2005, the company ›Berding Beton GmbH‹ has been active in Rüdersdorf, primarily producing concrete garden stones.

In Hennickendorf, the concrete plant was taken over by the company Fehrbellin. Parts of Rüdersdorf's production were sold to Hennickendorf after 2003. Today's company ›thomas betonteile‹ manufactures among other things filigree ceilings, but also stairs, balcony parts and concrete walls for serial construction.
