Green treasures in the Museumspark
The two-hour herbal walk takes us through the extraordinary natural surroundings of the Museumspark. On its 17 hectares, plants thrive in a wide variety of soil types – from dry limestone at the edge of the open-cast mine to almost swampy areas by the waters of the Mühlenfließ or the Karpfenteich. This allows for the discovery of a particularly diverse range of wild and medicinal herbs. Our guests also learn how to make identifying plants child's play with simple exercises.
