Then our comfort tour in an electric golf cart is just the thing for you! Come with us on a journey of discovery through 770 years of mining and industrial history in our park, which is full of industrial monuments, well-maintained green spaces, and beautiful views.

The tours are led by expert guides who will provide you with fascinating historical background information and answer any questions you may have—experience history firsthand! The tour lasts around one and a half hours.

It passes a large number of historic buildings and facilities that were used to transport or process limestone from the adjacent open-cast mine. Our technical structures, which were built according to designs by famous architects such as 'Schinkel', form a unique architectural ensemble. It is one of Germany's most important industrial monuments.
